  1. Start from the reopening time

Can a warehouse floor really be replaced overnight?
A section of one, yes, and that is how large floors are normally done. Whole-floor overnight replacement is realistic only on smaller areas with a straightforward removal. What makes either credible is testing how quickly the existing coating lifts, because that is the stage that consumes the window.
Is it worth the extra over standard epoxy?

When can forklifts go back on?

Our warehouse is not heated in winter. Does that rule it out?
Not necessarily, and fast-cure systems tolerate lower temperatures than epoxy does, which genuinely widens the window. The slab still has to be above the material minimum and clear of the dew point for the whole cure. In an unheated warehouse that usually means temporary heat, which is worth pricing rather than assuming.
Can you work around our shift pattern rather than shutting down?
That is the normal arrangement. The floor is split into sections that fit the gaps in your schedule, whether that is nights, weekends or a planned shutdown, and each is released as it cures. The constraint is which areas can be cleared when, rather than anything about the material.
What is a hybrid build and does it work at this scale?
An epoxy base with a polyaspartic topcoat. It works at any scale and the saving grows with area, since the cheaper material makes up the bulk of the build while the fast return to service comes from the top layer. On a large commercial floor it is frequently the most sensible specification available.
