Rough dimensions and a couple of photos are enough for a real range. Nothing is scheduled and nobody visits until you have a number in front of you.

What happens next

Three steps, no pressure at any of them.

  1. We read it and reply by email

If the details are enough to price it, you get a range. If they are not, you get specific questions rather than a phone call trying to book a visit.

  2. You get a written scope

Coating system, layer build, prep method, finish, square footage and price range, all in writing so you can compare it against anyone else honestly.

  3. Only then, a site visit

Measured and confirmed on site, with anything the photos hid brought up before work is booked.

Photos help more than anything

Three shots will typically get you a tighter range than a paragraph of description: the whole floor from the doorway, a close-up of the worst area, and any crack or old coating.

This is a service-area business. Crews travel to your building, so there is no public showroom or counter to visit. Coverage is listed on the service area page.

A car count or a square-foot figure both work.

Slab age, cracks, an old coating that is peeling, timing, colour ideas.

We reply by email. Read how requests are handled in our privacy notice.
