Epoxy Flooring in Vaughan

Road salt, freeze-thaw and hot tires strip coatings that were rolled onto unprepared concrete. We grind first, then build the floor in layers that stay stuck to the slab.

Every request comes back in writing: coating system, layer build, square footage and a price range, all before a date is held.

Tell us the room and the rough size. The coating system, the layer build and a price range come back in writing.

Preparation
Diamond grinding to open the concrete profile. No acid etch, no bond-breaking shortcuts.
Systems
Epoxy, polyaspartic and hybrid builds, matched to the slab and how the room gets used.
Return to service
Fast-cure polyaspartic builds typically take foot traffic the next day; full epoxy builds need longer.
Coverage
Vaughan and the neighbouring York Region and Peel communities. Quotes are written, not verbal.

How it works

What Our Process Is

Every floor starts with the slab, not a sales call. Here is exactly what happens from your first message to the day you park on it.

  1. Book online

Send the room, a rough size and a photo or two through the form. A written quote comes back to you. Nothing is scheduled until you confirm it.

  2. Slab assessment

We check moisture, hardness, cracks, control joints and any coating already down. The slab decides the system, not a catalogue page.

  3. Your written plan

Coating system, layer build, flake or colour selection, prep method and a price range, all in writing before a date is held.

  4. Install and handover

Grinding through topcoat in sequence, then written cure times for foot traffic, furniture and vehicles, plus a short care sheet.

Vaughan homeowners reach us from every neighbourhood: Woodbridge, Maple, Concord, Thornhill, Kleinburg and beyond. And because we sit near Hwy 400, getting here from the surrounding towns is just as easy.

What we install

Four floors, four different problems to solve.

A garage, a finished basement and a warehouse aisle fail for different reasons. The build changes with the room.

Why coatings peel here

Most failed floors were never bonded in the first place.

A coating is only as good as its grip on the slab. Three things break that grip in Vaughan, and all three are decided before the first coat goes down.

  • Sealed or troweled-smooth concrete. Builders often finish garage slabs hard and slick. Rolling epoxy over that surface leaves it sitting on top instead of keyed into it.
  • Salt and meltwater. Winter tires carry brine straight into the garage. It wicks into any pinhole or unsealed edge and lifts the coating from underneath.
  • Hot tire pickup. Warm rubber softens an under-cured or thin film and pulls it off the slab in patches. That is the classic tire-shaped bald spot.

Request a quote

Tell us about the floor.

Rough dimensions and a couple of photos are enough to get a real range back. No site visit is booked until you have seen a number.

  • Written scope and price range before anything is scheduled.
  • We say when a slab needs repair or moisture work first, even when that delays the job.
  • Your details are used to answer this request and nothing else.

A car count or a square-foot figure both work.

Slab age, cracks, an old coating that is peeling, timing, colour ideas.

We reply by email. Read how requests are handled in our privacy notice.
