Coverage

We come to the floor. There is no showroom to visit.

This is a mobile trade. Grinders, extractors and material arrive at your building. Coverage is built around Vaughan, because a tight radius is what makes same-week scheduling and a return visit realistic.

Core coverage: City of Vaughan

The communities, and what their floors are usually like.

Housing stock varies a lot across Vaughan, and slab age is the single best predictor of how much preparation a floor needs.

Woodbridge

A wide age range, from the oldest housing stock in the city to recent infill. Older garages often have a hand-floated slab with visible pitting and a saw-cut joint or two, which means more repair time but excellent mechanical key once ground.

Maple

Largely newer subdivisions with two-car attached garages and power-troweled slabs. Hard, closed surfaces that need aggressive diamond tooling to open properly.

Concord

The commercial half of our work. Warehousing, distribution and automotive service across the employment lands, where forklift traffic and chemical exposure set the spec.

Thornhill

Mature streets with older, sometimes short garages, plus a lot of finished basements. Access and headroom get checked before equipment is scheduled.

Kleinburg

Larger properties, three-car garages and detached shops. Bigger floors price better per square foot, though long runs and multiple bays add setup and edge work.

Vellore Village & Patterson

Newer construction. Slabs can still be curing, which matters: green concrete holds moisture and needs testing before a coating is committed to.

Sonoma Heights

Inside Woodbridge, off Islington Avenue between Rutherford and Major Mackenzie. Built almost entirely between 1991 and 2005, so the slabs sit in one age band: hard power-troweled surfaces poured over a vapour barrier, with whatever a first owner applied since being the main variable.

Beyond Vaughan

The surrounding ring.

We take work in the neighbouring municipalities regularly. Scheduling is slightly less flexible out here, and very small single-garage jobs at the outer edge sometimes cannot be priced sensibly on their own. Worth asking rather than assuming either way.

Outside this list?

Ask anyway. Larger commercial floors justify a longer trip, and we would rather answer honestly than have you guess from a map.

Before we arrive

What the site needs to have ready.

  • An empty floor. Everything off it, including wall-mounted racking within a few inches of the slab. We do not move or store your contents.
  • Power. Grinding and extraction need dedicated circuits. Larger commercial equipment may need a higher-voltage supply, which is confirmed at quoting.
  • Vehicle access. Room to park a work vehicle near the opening. On narrow Thornhill and older Woodbridge streets this is worth checking in advance.
  • Temperature control. For a winter install, the ability to close the space and hold heat through the cure window.
  • A decision-maker reachable. Slab surprises appear during grinding. A five-minute call beats a week of delay.
